If you like a particular stock, buying during a non black swan panic attack often results in a great entry because you get volume at a price below it's recent vwap. Nothing collapsed or was blown up, therefore, Wall Street simply blew off a little steam from an overheated position.
I suspect many across the globe will be whipped out of their positions in this case.
