The big one is the go-ahead to mine. The NT Govt is on the ropes, broke and unpopular. Mt Peake is the rabbit in the hat (royalties/ jobs, Aboriginal employment/ flow on for the economy/ pushing back against negative population growth in the NT). Gunner will be pushing hard for the licence. The Feds will be happy to oblige. It will still take some time but should be in place by the end of the year. Today's announcement has come at a bad day on the ASX but we can look forward to at least 20% more when the licence comes through.
