This was signed off before 11 Sep.
Here is a part of what @LM77 wrote after a conversation with PB on 4/10 and received 38 tu's.
"I asked if the CLC had in fact signed off the TO agreement as it states in the annual report and he said to the best of his knowledge the application was now with the NT minister. "
Anyway, interesting to see PB fanbois coming out of their hidey holes with their glowing support.
The ML will take months and months to go through due process and PB knows this.
