It sounds like there was something not quite right and that is why the directors pulled the deal. I am sure they where acting in the interests of both us the shareholders and themselfes as directors remembering they also have a lot to loose in terms of shareprice and the 8 months or so they put in to the deal with Londoloza ? Doesn't the coal thing in Zambia belong to GSF or is that tied up in Londoloza? and it is due to settle within the next month from what i understood from the meeting last monday ? The above is either questions looking for confirmation or just my thoughts on why the directors made such a ballsey decision?
