Of course they do !
RAU did sampling studies on Amayapampa and Lipichi for Luzon.
Luzon re;eased some of the early results from RAU's work but then when payment for the work became an issue then RAU withheld further result (especially on Lipichi) and that has been part of the bone of contention.
RAU also trained up a lot of the key mining people at the sites

So, IMHO, RAU does have special knowledge and data at its disposal.

I think you are being blinded by this belief of yours that RAU is simply a "false" mining company.
