The mighty OX is buying Rio's 20% share in Sepon Project for a mere $85m.
the rights issue will raise $189m. Oxiana is using this opportunity to raise additional funds which will be used for the Sepon Gold Expansion, development and expansion (e.g. Khanong Copper Project, Prominent Hill, other tenenments in Laos and Thailand).
