ANZ Banking Group says its share interests in companies related to Opes Prime Stockbroking Ltd have not changed since the bank's disclosure on April 17.
"The details of ANZ's interests in shares in the companies referred to in the schedule to the announcement that was provided to the ASX on 17 April (in terms of both numbers and percentages) remain unchanged as at the close of trading on 18 April 2008," ANZ said in a statement.
The bank said the interests identified in the April 17 announcement may include shares which have been sold by ANZ pursuant to transactions which had not settled as at close of trading on 18 April 2008.
