100% agree reddeer. Same old habits look hard to break though. of course we get the line about the ML but no precise clarification of what this allows for in relation to the MMP. None of us are any clearer as to where they are at in relation to water studies or other issues needing to be resolved on that matter.
Looks like the leopard can't change his spots.
