Maybe just following the BoDs lead on that one Dante...perhaps you should direct your ' too much Liberty's at the BoDs...seems to me one doesn't have to be anywhere near Tanzania to make an error in financial management and gloss it over...from my experience, if any financial discrepancy of this nature occurs in a Public Co the authorities ask the 'silks' to give the offender 'free rent' for a year or two....yet here, decimated investors are asked to approve it... Unbelievable!...yet another cleverly worded Ann imo....
