    • CAPITOL ACQUIRES TWO ADDITIONAL CLINICS IN SOUTH WEST WA; CONSIDERATION IS $5 MILLION
    • CONSIDERATION ALSO INCLUDES UP TO AN ADDITIONAL $0.3 MILLION PAYABLE UNDER EARN-OUT OVER FIRST YEAR OF OWNERSHIP
    • NEW CLINICS EXPECTED TO CONTRIBUTE $4.2 MILLION IN REVENUE & UP TO $0.9 MILLION IN EBITDA ON ANNUAL BASIS
