    265k has already been paid to MKM the first quarter of FY19, the rest of 1.735 mil cash would be paid in next 2 quarters however this can be adjusted it depends on the amount of cash they receive in the coming quarters. I will get a bit more info when I am in the investor brief next Thursday.
