Prime knew exactly what it was doing when it agreed to underwrite the rights issue. The next phase of their strategy should reveal itself very soon.
With their 44% and no doubt a few friendlies on the DES share register we should see some developments very soon.
Expect a surge in ther share price when this period of uncertainty is behind us.
