I have the same issue. How can they expect anyone to trade with these variations. It is a disgrace,
I just spent 30 minutes on hold trying to speak with a representative and eventually gave up. The neverending "We are experiencing high demand" Blah, blah, blah for the duration. I really wonder how many support personnel are in the call center....
For me, this is the last straw. I'll be investigating an alternative platform and transferring my assets.
