Consolidation sounds good, as majority of SH can only see the higher price offered, but the issue is that for every 10 shares consolidated, you are given 1 in return at the higher share price, but the SP only increases x 8-9 times, so in effect the company get 1 - 2 shares back free. Anyway why are we talking consolidation again, wont it have to some out of TH before that can happen, surely they will allow those of us who don't wont to consolidate have the option to sell first and wont SH have to approve it.
