On the issue of a new Chairman: I am of the view that “if possible” the Chairman should, at least in the interim, be located in the TNG Head Office. This is consistent with my view that the company and Board need greater oversight. Further, the rem structure needs revisiting, particularly the loans. A new Chairman might reconsider a greater alignment between shareholders and executives.
