Agree Sontax** - nothing I want more; but consolidation is just an administrative process. I was thinking that it could possibly lead to a reduction of shareholders later via compulsory acquisition of unsaleable parcels (what ever they defined to be). This in turn might be used enable AGM Resolution 7 "....capacity to issue Equity Securities comprising up to 10%.." and potentially offset any dilution.
