LAck of medical expertise at both Board and Executive level is a problem at Capital, The COO has a radiolgraphy background and came from what was to be Primary. Really flat structure AH > COO > Operations Manger >Radiologists and site managers, I think the radiologist Dr Pip Talpin who owned Tasmania Radiology should be appointed to the Board. Otherwise looks like the AFL Tribunal,
