Lynas hasnt recieved Terms of Reference as the review is embedded into December QTR and unable to give guidance without it. Debt is not an issue; its issue is optimizing its operations and making every ore work harder prior to NEXT kicking in. My concern is AL is spending too much energy on Malaysian locals harassment than spending energy on optimising operations which can potentially impact its profitability. This harassement also impacts staff morale and in turn productivity.
