I dont think the company will "go broke". Its pretty normal to just do a capital raise and continue on. The only downside with that is dilution of existing shareholders along with sp falling to whatever discount was offered. If they are perceived as being on the cusp of significant income they might even be able to raise at a premium or at least at market price. Lets hope it doesnt come to that. Next 4c (i know i know) will be very interesting.
