Makes sense so that the plant can be relocated.
But... very light on detail.
I assume the company will provide much more detail to allow holders to decide whether to participate.
Big amount of dilution though.
Not sure if the Cuban partner is going to be much use? Perhaps that is just because Cuba is so punished by U.S laws etc.
