Not sure if this is just testing the water or if they think they can actually dominate the global blockchain economy.

They seem to have their sights on some sort of central transaction hub for everything crypto.

I can see only 3 possible outcomes from all this long term.
1. Complete catastrophic disaster
2. A modest but struggling success
3. The Tencent of the 2020's

The stakes are getting higher every day but the potential risk/reward ratio is multiplying by a factor probably not seen before on the asx.

The interests in blockchain are more game related blockchain components such non-fungible tokens that can be bought & sold across games rather than the whole blockchain., although the real estate partnership is interesting.
