Prior to the takeover EXU shareholders were selling for 7.5c. Now they have the option to sell for 12c. So you can now get an extra 66% for you're shares if you want a far quicker path to production without the endless delays, finance discussions and multiple capital raisings.Or you can let the company go it alone with all the associated risks and hopefully get a greater reward alot further down the track. If you guys think it's a bad thing to go from having 1 option to 2 then i'm not sure what anyone can say.
