How about it is being capped because news is maximum 6 days away and people want to buy cheap. Just might also account for all the downrampers suddenly showing interest. Then again I guess you are going to tell me you have never seen a share deliberately sold down just before big news hits? I see it all the time. But just remember TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK, your running out of time - try harder...LOL.
