one of the most IMPORTANT thing with AZC is this.....


In order to get out the Zircon they have to dig out the ilmenite!

Guess who ends up with FREE ilmenite to do with as they choose!

If APG wanted ilmenite from the Dougla deposit (ILU) APG would have to pay around $60 plus per tonne.

Even when AZC gain 80% APG retain FULL rights to all mineral sands and ilmenite except AZC pay to dig it out for APG.

The main benefit of the APG/AZC deal is that APG get to retain ALL mineral rights in the wim150 while someone else pays to keep it.

Now all the talk of a 60K pa plant in the basin startys to make some sense.

The Victorian Energy require a certain amount of spend pa on each deposit otherwise it gets taken away from them.

This way APG has retained the wim150 for all these years without having to spend a zac.

Of course 20% of the AZC earning will be nice.
