Just want to clarify the placement facility
Any ASX listed entity has an automatic 15% capital raising capacity within a 12 month period under Listing Rule 7.1
The board is seeking a further 10% capacity (effectively giving them an ability to raise another 25% total within the next 12 months) which we must vote on which is Resolution 3.
I dont feel they need an extra 10% at their discretion. If they wish to raise beyond the 15% capacity then I believe they must come to shareholders with a good reason why. No more free reign.
