I was reading something today where some are speculating that the market is going to take a bit more time to fire up then what most would like.
But now we are in the lull this statement rinds true. And the statement still has a 50% chance of being true if it extends into next year.
But where was this prediction last year in November ?
I think it will fire up when it does.
