They don't have any customers to service yet because they were just FDA approved?  Even if that is true (which it isn't), that is not the point.  It doesn't matter if they have one customer or 10,000 customers, they published a customer service line and when tested, it failed.  I have to much tied up in this company to accept excuses and poor performance.  Yes, I could have called IR but why would I?  They posted the customer service phone number for the world to use.  If I do call IR in the future, it will be to point out their failure to provide customer service.  I wouldn't ask when will their CS line be monitored, the question would be why isn't it monitored.
