no, i do not believe much is in the share price at all should imf win v all.

maybe 5 cents so far, little more.

i'm not sure re 30% of any successes but think you may well be about right this one. al zymers and all that i cannot recall from past studies but seem to think 1/3 or so.

strange thing too, no buyback data to date and no sign as yet of settling those bonds. maybe imf is waiting to sort all this out at next agm. one positive is the setting up of the european base. that HAS taken a while and i'm sure this is only going ahead based on sound finances. imf has sound finances but with both the bond repayment and the capital needed for europe then the aristocrat settlement might just be what imf has been planning/waiting for.
