I was going to suggest maybe David alleviated Cedric of some of his in an off market transfer as a show of confidence but then Cedric only has 2.17M anyway.
To have 3.16M shares in one place puts you inside the top 9 at 1.4% of the company at least.
Maybe not a sale, could be one of the big boys just shuffling accounts.
