I only use a Weinstein chart point of view mate and it's hard to tell. I suppose on that theory it is trending down and below it's 90 day MA, so i wouldn't buy it mate. But then you look at, e.g. CMR, exactly the same and jumps 40% in one day with no real announcement. Funny market ATM IMO. I suppose it will just need a steady flow of good news to start a positive trend again, but looking at PDN as a leader in the sector and the share price is trending down as well, and below it's MA. Your call on a bargain mate, i would put it into positively trending shares personally, e.g. IPL, MAK, NUF, CZA etc... But this isn't the thread for all that.
