I don’t know about anyone else but when I read “ back of the envelope “ assumptions I automatically assume that the numbers used are basically all those for the upside, occasionally some posters factor in taxes, costs over the life of the project and other squirrelly bits but I assume that most see/understand that this is the case?

Please don’t stop these evaluations as Australia Post needs all the envelope sales it can muster, since the birth of the net and they are a valuable tool for understanding “ future potential “.
