The Judge probably has not encountered a case like this before and wishs to find any similar Cases anywhere else in the World.
It all seems like lending Your Car, which Your paying Off (like a Margin Loan with Shares),to some one who then Sells the Car because they have a few accounts to pay.
The ANZ position looks, weak.
