Same was said of Andy Brown before Brazil went live and SP rocketed 180% in one day.

I recall wondering at the time what kind of time frame a director was not allowed to purchase shares after resignation in regard to insider trading because there were three large parcels purchased on market close a few weeks prior to the big announcement (off the top of my head). I will be keeping an eye open for a similar pattern in the coming months. It's not such a crazy idea when you think about it.
