As soon as the numbers come out for TIG and if they are as we expect I'm contacting the Board Members individually to make some effort.  They need to point out that this is not a maybe but a sure thing.  They need to point out that Far Eastern Russia is not Moscow and in big black letters that this is steel making coal with a bit of thermal to warm the homes of people living in the Arctic.
