Looking forward to the EGM materials... All spin and bluster so far from BLA management selling this 'partnership' with Oaktree, despite this misleading spin getting them into the situation in the first place. They have gifted away the company, I'm genuinely amazed this thing is trading as well as it is. If the deal with Oaktree goes through I think the equity is next to worthless overtime... I guess the rusted-on shareholders will believe anything...
