Why would they buy out a2m? Nestle could potentially buy out the way cheaper Synlait and cut off A2 supply. Considering how reliant A2M is on synlait then A2M will literally crumble overnight. Nestle could then pick up A2M at 1/10th of the price or just let it die off.
