NLCIL will hold an additional Board meeting in the first week of November, seeking approval to proceed.

They cant sign a mOU until after the board meeting and board aproval which is happening in Novemeber which is after the ECT AGM. So still seeking board aproval. Read it again. Its a failure to finalize this before the sunset date and they have blamed again on the other party thats why they want the other party at the agm to convince you that it will all be fine. Read the dates and now what it implys. Not my oppinion they are facts. Then if they get aproval they then hope to sing colaboration papers on novemeber 19 even though they are already collaborating. Funny realy.

Read it before you jump in joy. It not joyful mate. IT points to bad news thats why the price is dropping bad. Get realy real nothing will change even after they do sing because they are already collaborating. The company only brings value to holders when it becomes comercial and 1.3 mil per year is nothing but its a start.
