The problem is management has stopped communicating with their owners. They prefer to give information to the Japanese press rather than their own owners. On the back of granting non-commercial loans to themselves, to ask for an additional 10% placement facility a month later requires careful explanation. Communication is key here and without it I suspect the no vote will increase this time from last time.
