Rae195, I am hoping that there will be some information coming out at the AGM regarding the compensation claim against VC for failure to honour their contract. The hope will be that, if forthcoming, this will be of great assistance in facilitating the Malta enterprise - and off-set any chance that there will be a need for a CR. I also think that the Canadian deal could deliver almost immediate results for MXC - primarily, an increase in Cannaglobal's  float price. That will certainly lift MXC's SP but it will allow Cannaglobal to start its business. MXC still has a $2.5mil loan to Cannaglobal and we don't know what time they have to pay it back. IfCannaglobal have quick success then that $2.5mil may be coming fairly quickly.
