Certainly no need to promote and pump up the company as in the end the shareprice will look after itself (maybe one day)

The oil industry might be excited about the drill but the stock market certainly isn't.

The company and its prospects should always be talked up, say FAR want to raise $100m capital to appraise Samo, drill Saloo or help fund SNE development, would you rather they raise that $100m at say 20cents or 25cents? That 5cents difference could very well be due to the difference of effective company promotion.

The shareprice base FAR has now will have an impact on the future shareprice no matter what the result of Samo IMHO. Those buying now at 11.5c will likely be happy to sell at 20c suppressing the price if Samo finds oil, If those same shareholders bought at 15c, they may not sell out until 25c.

The common denominator on HC is 'FAR is undervalued' and this has been the case for years, one has to wonder why this is the case if true.. ineffective company promotion is one logical conclusion.
