PDN is up and down like a yo-yo.
Why is this? Everything is going along nicely and then Toronto dips 3.5% and the ASX drops 5 %. A couple of days later the lost ground is regained.
Is this deliberate manipulation by traders or does the volatility simply reflect the uncertainty in the uranium market?
