    I just checked the property forum and noted your detailed posts.
    I do hope you get the detailed reponses you are hoping for. Equally I hope the respondents manage to eschew the rampant pompousity that is evident in merely a quick scan of your posts.
    I don't doubt you are convinced of your argument. You may even turn out to be 100% correct.
    Then again, I lived through 60% declines in London in the late 80's, and if ever there was a town with supply shortages...
