It is also the right time now to introduce the acquisition to the market. imo
I am reasonably sure the directors know exactly what it is, given the 12 months or more with consultant etc . The last 4 or 5 months has not been the right time to ann. any new deal. Things seem to be getting more active.
As with the oppie buys last week, signals are we are close.
