They had a junior change the details on a template structure, and adjusted a couple clauses in between working on major matters and told you it was a unique structure tailored to your special circumstances.

They can't charge you big fees if they whipped it out like a rabbit from a hat.

I've seen million dollar mergers pumped out in 4 weeks where the legal fees were $2.5 million, and they were working on it full time.

I don't think its the legals holding it up; it's the haggling.
