SP down 10 cents today.
I am guessing because of today's news that payday lenders, debt management firms and buy now pay later platforms will be the subject of a new Senate inquiry.
A Sydney Morning Herald article said it included businesses such as debt negotiation firms or credit repair agencies, which are unregulated and target customers with debt problems, or those struggling to get finance from conventional sources.
I can't see that PNC will be particularly connected with all of this but it may still weigh on market sentiment.
So there could be an attractive buying opportunity coming up.
