Politician always has the comeback - that is what they told me.

I've given you a explanation of the mechanism of what has enabled CCE to tell the politician that.

It doesn't mean it is locked in - there is always doubt and squirm room until $ are cleared but I suspect IMO  there is a largechance it won't be funded or if so on very bad terms . My reasoning is I can't see value creation for money spent or return horizon unless CCE is sitting on  a motherlode of efficient design , low capital expense , low maintenance and installation cost and massive reliable power output that they can place under a majors nose and get a nibble .

If CCE are referring to spiral debt as  a funding option - well a option it may be but it is as good as closing the doors unless there is fundamental data achieved to prove concept is economical going forward. Frankly if they had that info they would be shouting it from the rooftops or should I say spruiking it and suiters would be partnering.

with MO still in the building pulling strings I just don't know if EMC is a face saving  amendment or a genuine attempt to get value.

Will be interested to see what is proposed.
