Great news for VRC and loyal shareholders who have been patiently waiting. From everything I have been hearing the money being raised will not be a problem. Investors have been waiting patiently on the sidelines to get involved. This news has now given the green light to the 40 million Note Issue.
VRC will then have a clear path to get the ball rolling and become a major player in the graphite business.
Exciting times ahead for the true believers.
