Bit late for a share holder meeting .pala has you by the balls .this deal is a reverse cap raising to pala.and for what ,to keep paying managements over inflated salaries to do what ,rehash DFS.what else do they do all day .i dont think i have ever seen such shafting of share holders as this shambles.but what can you do vote no and company goes broke vote yes and hand company to pala .either way you have a sore ass.
