Gees what a long road this has been, seems to be endless.

How far have we come and how much further is it to a potential pot of gold if a deal is signed.????

20 mths of talkings and planning before a crucial ASX ann says that we have pilots with the big fish CBA with its 3 subsiduraries anned on 2/2/18.

During this IAM have had smaller trials/pilots on short term basis with others including NAB which fell apart presuming that they couldnt agree on terms but CBA was still in the background during all this.

Its been now 8 mths into the CBA pilot and they have now got to the stage of where BOOM2 is live and loaded up with the required 4 stage modules needed to go to automated production of SoAs. 8 mths of solid work and with extended quarterly outgoings that depleted the cash reserves to where we had to have a CR to stump up with the rest of the pilot costings.

Along the journey CBA have committed themselves to the sense of where they flew in departmental execs and a 3rd party auditor EY to Manila to scrutinise the back office proceedure to this pilot. CBA and EY were impressed with the operations in Manila passing all the security checks needed with flying colours and immediately it was agreed that CBA would fly over their own necessary staff for 2 weeks training on the system at their own expense.

Meanwhile back in OZ the pilot takes momentum but at a cost. Cash burn increases due to extra staff and the hiring of George Jaja to oversee the roll out of the pilot. Has a long history and conveniently a high profiled ex executive of CBA to ensure the smooth runnings of the pilot and for the betterment of the parties involved in the pilot for success they both badly need being tailor made designed to CBAs needs and IAMs facelift to being a fintech champion taming a wild CBA whose image was tarnished through the recent RC for bad practices. Successful signing will have a flowon effect attracting more major clients and any interested smaller FPs that want change and be more cost efficient and compliant with scaleabity.

So where to now that automisation has been achieved in the last loaded module to BOOM2s memory. ????? How many SoAs with accuracy being achieved since this was started. ???? We were told that if there was any changes the market would be informed and as yet no news so far of this must imply that all is well.

After 2 very ordinary quarters of low revenue and now with the next quarterly due and BOOM2 has gone to automisation mode, one would think that SoAs would have been ramped up with an increase of numbers being processed and finalised.

This is only for a partial period of this quarter, so if all is well then the December quarterly would be much healthier and sending signs of increased revenue and potentially a signed deal coming our way. Fingers crossed.

Is this the turning point of IAM. ???????

Does anyone know what else has to be done now to complete the pilot. ????????
