sorry to butt in, but the NPAT projection fell 40% with only about 2.5% or so comparable sales drop!
that just means that margins are being squeezed!
now the reason that margins are so tight is because of increased costs of operation and competition.
in other words- the sales drop is because customers can see better value elsewhere, but even if TRS lowers margins to compensate,it's not enough to stop customer exodus.
of course there are such things as specific non performing stores, but this problem is across the whole network.
